Amkor Global R&D Center (K5) Facility Overview

Amkor's new Global R&D Center (K5) located in Incheon, South Korea is the most advanced OSAT packaging facility in the world, with class 100 particle control and highly automated lines. Our new factory uses robot automation to move wafers and assembly lots between pieces of equipment, a first in the OSAT industry.
