Stop Windows From Automatically Resizing in macOS Sequoia

UPDATE: The option has slightly changed with the macOS 15.1 update. Under System Settings - Desktop & Dock, you now have options for "Drag windows to screen edges to tile" and "Drag windows to menu bar to fill screen". You can disable just one, or both, depending on your preference.
