emu68k powered by raylib - now with plugins!

Each 60th of a second when free running the simulated MC68000 runs 100,000 cycles so... bogoMIPS ! :o) (load on my laptop is about 50% of 1 core)

There are two instances of one plugin (output LED's) and one instance of another plugin (input switches) I couldn't resist implementing the second plugin before creating an XML "system" loader - a description of a complete system consisting of multiple instances of multiple plugins each configured individually.....
