Hello electronics enthusiasts, i try to design homemade diy dc soldering iron automatic shutdown switch circuit,This circuit operates on a 5 volt power supply and the required device can be connected via a relay or MOSFET. im designed this circuit to be used with a T12 soldering station (Analog control circuit). The t12 control circuit is powered by a 19 volt laptop charger power supply, the soldering tip temperature takes 5 to 10 seconds to rise from 0 to 400 Celsius. At the end of soldering, the t12 automatically turns off after 15 seconds of placing it in the designed holder.
