Java Equality, Relational, and Conditional Operators Epi 11

The equality and relational operators evaluate if one operand is greater than, less than, equal to, or not equal to another operand. I keep saying rational, for some reason, but I mean relational. Conditional operators can be used to tie smaller expressions together to form larger and more complex expressions.
