It's been 20 years since then. The real estate-related books I have written have sold more than 300,000 copies in total. I achieved the top sales in this field by far, and I have come to be known as the number one real estate consultant in Japan.

How was I able to go from rock bottom to having enough money to live on for the rest of my life, to finding my own success, and to finding happiness?

It's because I've faithfully practiced the "rules for success in money and happiness" that I'm about to tell you about.
