The speed of the airflow increases as the air outlet changes from large (single fan assembly) to small (multiple plastic bottle openings)

In terms of qualitative observation, the temperature of the air decreases as the size of the outlet decreases

Based on the conservation of energy and the thermodynamic relations, the temperature becomes lower

Therefore this design can act as an "air conditioner"
