US approves sale of 50 JASSM-ER cruise missiles to Japan

美國政府首次批准，向日本軍售50枚，能搭載於戰鬥機上的遠程巡弋飛彈JASSM-ER及相關設備，總額約1.04億美元。日本防衛省已將搭載於翻新的F15戰鬥機的JASSM的取得，列入了2023年度當初預算的概算要求，這將成為日本反擊能力的有力手段。
For the first time, the U.S. government approved the sale of 50 JASSM-ER long-range cruise missiles and related equipment that can be carried on fighter jets to Japan, with a total amount of about 104 million US dollars. The Ministry of Defense of Japan has included the acquisition of the JASSM equipped on the refurbished F15 fighter jets into the budgetary requirements for the original 2023 budget, which will become a powerful means for Japan's counterattack capabilities.
