How to Enter Google+ Hangouts From our CASEL CDI Community Page

This is a tutorial to demonstrate how to join an "already in progress or starting" Hangout from our Community Page. If you were personally invited to a hangout, not as part of a community, then the instructions would basically be the same but you would find the "hangout" post with the link to enter on your home page, instead of in a community page.
