Jaffar Almusaad: I think it’s lack of innovation, lack of leadership and sometimes it can also be because of market conditions but an intelligent #leadership would diversify the business. Therefore, if one parts of the business went bad then the company could still sustain itself. Unfortunately, I think many CEOs and #leaders of #companies look at innovation as a cost and they don’t tend to think of it as an #investment and I think that’s the main obstacle.
