MERCEDES BENZ BICYCLE RE-PAINT RESTORE and ASSEMBLY at MBIL WORKSHOP | SHARPTUNE BIKESHOP

I would honestly state this as one of the most important builds of my wrenching career, not only because its and expensive luxury bike, but also I had to do it up in front of the top folks of Mercedes-Benz India Mercedes - Benz Shaman Wheels
The project was to restore the MBZ Bike for a very dear friend/mentor Vishal Hansraj Sharma Vishal H Sharma
It took almost 2 months for everything to come in place from the time we dismantled it at Shaman Wheels Mercedes.
The concept of the two-tone paint scheme came from the Head of Customization at MBIL Mr Shrivatsa Shetty who has an eye for the smallest details and the know how to experiment with the right kind of tones and finishes. The paint itself is a very tedious process and is done by highly skilled craftsmen at Mercedes Benz. My job was to make sure the bike is built back at the highest standard as it was originally delivered, and I've tried to do my best.
This is by far the most beautiful bike I've put together and i enjoyed cleaning and prepping every bolt on the bike as much as I enjoyed building it.
Not possible without.
