Seconds after taking off from Los Angeles, a fire erupts in the engine of a British Airways Boeing 747 carrying over 350 passengers. But incredibly, the pilots don’t return to the airport. Instead, they decide to continue their journey to London - a decision which would soon lead to more problems. This is the controversial story of British Airways flight 268.
