We loved James Hoffmann's v60 technique. Of All the v60 techniques I’ve tried I’ve had the best and most consistent results with James excellent 20% block technique so I’ve added it to the measurrd app to make it even easier for more people to try.
His 20% block technique uses a 1:17 coffee-to-water ratio (60g/L) with 100°C water. For lighter roasts, he recommends finer grounds, and if you're using a ceramic or glass V60, make sure to preheat it with boiling water for the best flavor! 🔥
