This video is about three temprements of human beings all over the life circle that are asabi ,guddi,uzlati according to tibbi language .Asabi is a temprement that suits to children in their childhood.They can ill when out of this temprement .Ozlati is a temprement that relates to male and gives strength and good health but when they out of this they can get illness.Guddi temprement maintains female good health but when they lost it they can get many diseases.
So I tried to tell about 3 temprements called mizaj in urdu language.
