Build and Train a Kaggle competition locally with NVidia AI Workbench and Kaggle GPU Containers

This is a 9-minute walkthrough of participating in a Kaggle sample competition all on a local machine.

We use the NVidia AI Workbench and their competition kernel to participate in a Kaggle competition:

1. Download the train and test data
2. Train a model
3. Run a model against the test data
4. Submit the model output to Kaggle.
