Starting as a little girl I observed my parents using workaholism, alcoholism and emotional eating as a way to cope with life. I got to my heaviest weight because I used constant eating as a way to avoid my emotions. The biggest growth opportunity in my Weight Watchers journey has been overcoming the constant need to emotional and binge eat. Over the last 4 years on Weight Watchers I have learned transformative tips to shift me from emotional and binge eating to actually processing my emotions.
