A Business Analyst (BA) focuses on identifying business needs, analyzing requirements, and proposing solutions to improve processes or systems. They bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams by ensuring that the delivered solutions meet business objectives.

A Project Manager (PM), on the other hand, oversees the execution of a project, managing timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication to ensure the project is completed on time, within scope, and on budget. While BAs focus on "what" the business needs, PMs focus on "how" to deliver it.
