Abdul Rahman Al Ossi Surah Ar Rahman Beautiful Recitation With English Translation. However, it cannot be better than Surah Al Baqarah Maher al Maaiqli (سورة البقرة كاملة ماهر المعيقلي), although the audio more clear at most points.
