The AI appears to be slower to respond than a human employee, but it won’t ever get impatient or grumpy.
This tech will almost certainly be used by Wendy’s to increase profits by reducing headcount.
Wendy's claims the AI enhances interactions at the drive-thru and increases customer satisfaction.
The next inevitable step will be the deployment of robots that can clean, prepare, and serve fast food, which result in fully autonomous fast food outlets.
