India, Pakistan Face-Off At International Court of Justice Over Kulbhushan Jadhav | Part 1

India and Pakistan today argued at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) over Kulbhushan Jadhav's death penalty.

Harish Salve, who was India's attorney at the ICJ, said that India's position on Kulbhushan Jadhav who has been charged with espionage by Pakistan has been consistent that he was kidnapped from Iran and his confession was extracted in a military custody.

While Pakistan insisted that the International Court of Justice has no jurisdiction in the case. Pakistan's counsel Khawar Qureshi told the ICJ that they have not breached the Vienna Convention.
