Higher heart rate increases food and water consumption, so be mindful of keeping food around your base or you could run start starving or getting dehydrated. This heart rate is pulled directly from the Rust game code and isn't made visible to us playing, but many of us have noticed you drop food and hydration quickly when doing various activities like farming.
