The Struggle of Interview Prep as a Software Engineer (or am I just dumb now?)

It is officially job hunting season and honestly the struggle is so real! Interviews as a software engineer can be so difficult sometimes because the possibility of the types of questions that can be asked is so wide. Studying for interviews as a software engineer is essentially like working a full time job, maybe even worse. Of course, I understand why it’s important to make sure your candidate has a strong foundational knowledge of coding and can actually code, but a Leetcode Hard is unnecessary.
