I Built a Robotic Piano

In this video, I take on the challenge of building a fully automated piano-playing robot that can turn MIDI data into real music! Using 88 solenoids, custom circuitry, and a ton of wiring, I designed, assembled, and tested this machine to bring any song to life.

You’ll see the entire process—from constructing the control board and mounting the solenoids to troubleshooting and finally playing full songs. While the build had plenty of trial and error, including solving wiring issues, timing problems, and loud clicking noises, the final result is insane!
