Part 6 | Mule 4 | Custom Circuit Breaker | Creating Listener

In this video we add two new functionality to the circuit breaker
1. A state change listener that alows to keep track of all the state changes
2. A state change connector which helps you override the automatic states of the circuit breaker

This video can also be considered as a good start point for implementing custom sources (liseners)
