Today was my first oncology appointment for my breast cancer. It is hard to realize that this is true but it is. I am sharing this to help anyone out there who might be experiencing the same thing, or know someone who is. For me giving out my medical information is not a big deal as long as the information is about the medical data itself, not the names of anyone involved on my medical team.
The additional information I forgot to mention in the video is that the tumor size is around 3 inches. I know it has been there for about 2 to 3 months. I have to be honest about that in order to help the medical team assess how fast it is or isn't growing/spreading. After the additional tests are done in January the "rest of the story" as Paul Harvey would say will be known at that time. I miss his stories for sure. I will update the results of that when it happens.
