Creation format of online programming

When a new client comes on for personal online programming, the first thing I do is map everything out.

Here I’m looking at what it’s going to take to achieve their goal in the timeframe given.

I look at, in this case, what they are currently doing and then how I can best work in what I believe is going to be the most effective and achievable program.

From there I send a much nicer blueprint to them and include any other coaches or specialist that they work with. Have the client and specialist’s review and make any edits they believe necessary. Once that’s back I begin the build phase of the program and will usually have it to them between 2-4 business ready to go.

I love this phase of a build because it not only presents a challenge from an individual stand point, but also permits me to be creative in order to overcome any obstacles the client may be facing.
