DreamKey Partners Follows NeighborWorks America's Community Leadership Model

DreamKey Partners has gained a lot from sending resident leaders to NeighborWorks America’s Community Leadership Institute, which has offered training to create stronger resident leaders since 2008. After serving as network host for the event in Charlotte last year, DreamKey decided to host a leadership institute for their region. “What the CLI team here wanted to do was to be able to give the experience they had at the Community Leadership Institute back to community leaders,” shared Carla Scott, director of Community Engagement and Fund Development.
