Avoid this coding mistake that most programmers do

1.Don't Remember Syntax, Practice more

Basic syntax represents the fundamental rules of a programming language. Without these rules, it is impossible to write functioning code.

Every language has its own set of rules that make up its basic syntax. Naming conventions are a primary component of basic syntax conventions and vary by language.

Case Sensitive. Java, C++, and Python are examples of languages that are case-sensitive. Identifiers such as world and World have different meanings in these languages. Languages such as Basic and SQL are insensitive, meaning world and World have the same meaning.

Class Names. Java requires the first letter of each word in class names be upper case. For example, class FirstJavaClass. Languages such as C or C++ use an underscore to separate words.  In C, the class name would be first_java_class.

2.Learn Basic Concepts First.

The most common approach which most of the people follow is…You buy some programming related books which some blog post or website has recommended or you go to some courses or tutorials on youtube (or any other resources) to start learning to code. You also enjoy and love it initially watching that tutorial and you feel like you are learning a lot of cool concepts and new things about programming. Well, That can be really good for a short period of time but what happens with most of the newbie programmers is…they get overwhelmed with so many concepts and get stuck in one tutorial to another tutorial. It becomes more problematic and frustrating for them when they are asked to start a real-world project on their own without any help. They don’t get logic, they don’t understand where to start, how to solve a specific problem or how to build some specific module on their own.

3.We Don't Practice Programming Everday

We as programmers should do the same. It doesn’t matter if you started to learn Python yesterday or are a full-stack developer with more than ten years of experience: Practice every day.

I’m not saying to just practice all day long. You have work to do, a life to live. Rest and a well-balanced life are as important as practice. But reserve a time in your daily routine for practicing.

It can be two hours or 30 minutes. The time you spend doing it will depend on your experience and how much you still have to learn.

Data structures, basic algorithms, installation processes, environment setup, design — there are a lot of concepts that you have seen throughout your life as a developer that you depend on to execute your work.

I see many new developers complaining about how hard programming is. But guess what? So is talking. And yet, you talk every day. You probably don’t remember, but learning to speak was difficult for you as well. You took several years to master your language, to learn its syntax, its rules. And you keep practicing it every day by talking to friends, reading, writing, and listening to others.

A programming language is no different. You have to keep reading, writing, and talking. Practicing the most basic grammar rules and uses. Listening to how others talk.

That's All.
