Movie clip & music that I used from Korean action comedy movie ‘Extreme Job’ released in 2019
Story line is that narcotics detectives work under cover in a chicken joint to try and bust a gang of organized criminals. Things take an unexpected turn when their new recipe suddenly transforms the run-down restaurant into the hottest eatery in town.

*Sauce recipe is actually originated from ‘Suwon Wanggalbi’ recipe, I convert into 1/3 portion.
*Suwon Wanggalbi Chicken recipe

300g Chicken thighs/ breast
1/2t each Salt & pepper
1-2t Curry powder(omit smell)
3-4T Corn starch( can be substituted with flour)

50g Green onion
20g Garlic
100g Soy sauce
70g Sugar
40g Coke
10ml Oil
5g Honey
3g Pepper
7g Sesame oil

*Pizza Dough

90ml Warm water
6g Sugar
4g Yeast
150g Flour
3g Salt
