Guangdong province is located in the southernmost part of mainland China. Southeast is the vast sea, the rich river system between the mountains and the sea into a big river, river and sea ensemble, alluvial out of a fertile delta.The series has 34 episodes, each featuring a different place. The first season’s six episodes feature scenery from Heilongjiang, Hainan, Xinjiang, Shaanxi, Shanghai and Jiangxi. According to the Beijing Morning Post, it took one year to film the first season, with crew using 16 helicopters and 57 drones .The shooting of the large-scale documentary series "Aerial China" is by far the largest in scale, the widest in scope and the most in flight time in China. It is the first time to realize the aerial shooting action of all-aerial video narration.
