The FreeUp Storage Madison (currently branded as Applewood Self Storage Portfolio) consists of two class-A storage facilities located in Madison, WI. The combined 108,960 net rentable square foot facilities consist of 709 self-storage units ranging in size from 5’x5’ to 13’x33’. The facilities offer climate and non-climate controlled units as well as outdoor parking spaces. SIG plans to expand the business by 20,000 square feet, make operational improvements, and re-brand them to our national brand, FreeUp Storage.
