My First Art Challenge: Drawing Kirito & Sword Art Online Cover Art

Not a real internet art challenge but I randomly decided one day to challenge myself at making a cover semi similar to abec sensei's style from the light novels.

I could find little to no references on the sword from volume 10 of the series, so I had to improvise when drawing it and it took more than a few redraws to get it right. If you have any questions, suggestions, critiques, or tips don't hesitate to put them in the comments down below.
