How I draw and paint anime eyes (Clip Studio Paint)

This tutorial covers how to draw and paint anime eyes. It's my first time doing one so I'm hoping to do a little better in the future. Keep in mind that this is also just one of many ways you can draw and paint. I also encourage you to deviate and experiment with these steps so you can find your own style, or you can just do it the way I'm showing.

The program I used was Clip Studio Paint (Manga Studio), but you can also do this in others like Photoshop, Paint Tool SAI, Krita etc. Also, feel free to offer your own advise and critique to my art and/or editing: I'm always looking to improve!
