Are you’re looking to build pelvic floor strength before pregnancy, during pregnancy, or postpartum?

Building pelvic floor strength with proper breathing = exhale and lift from the lower core (this will generate a pelvic floor lift) + engage the deep core (transverse abdominis) during these exercises and any other exercises you perform.

As you learn proper breathing patterns + ab engagement with your workouts, it will help you have a functional and healthy pelvic floor for the rest of your life- and it’s way more fun to do than kegels anyways!
