FlowKit Ltd: 3D simulation of a multi-phase axial pump. Fluid Velocity.

In this showcase we address the effect of an axial pump immersed in water. The pump rotates at 1024 rotations per minute, and has a radius of 0.04 m. This video shows two views of the z velocity component. Capillary waves due to surface tension can be observed on the surface. The appearance of small droplets highlights that atomization effects are fully resolved.
