Depression speedrun

Depressive episode symptoms speedrun:
No. 1: A hollow, empty feeling inside of you where your joy and excitement used to live. Nothing feels the same anymore, and putting effort in anything feels like a tremendous waste of time and energy.
No. 2: Feelings of worthlessness and guilt. You feel like the source of everything bad or negative around you and believe that everyone's life is worse for having you in it.
No. 3: Psychomotor agitation - an increase in physical and mental energy with no outlets to direct it towards that make you feel like your skin is crawling.
No. 4: Psychomotor retardation - your brain feels foggy and muddy, your body feels twice as heavy as it used to, and doing even the most basic things is suddenly just so much effort.
No. 5: Executive dysfunction - difficulties with focus, concentration, memory, and organization that look very similar to someone with inattentive type ADHD.
No. 6: Insomnia - taking hours to fall asleep no matter how tired you are, or waking up in the middle of the night and having a very hard time falling back asleep.
No. 7: Hypersomnia - you can sleep for half a day or more and you still feel tired. It's never enough.
No. 8: Fatigue - it's a tiredness that no amount of sleep can fix, and it haunts you throughout your day.
No. 9: Increased appetite - your stomach feels like a black hole that's never filled no matter how much you eat, and you just can't stop consuming food.
No. 10: Loss of appetite - your food feels bland, tasteless, mushy, and eating just becomes a thankless chore.
No. 11: Suicidal ideation - this can be passive or active. Passive suicidal ideation is when you're kinda wishing something would happen to you to end your existence. Active suicidal ideation is when you are considering becoming that thing.
Remember that you only have to be experiencing five of these to be considered to be in a depressive episode. And if this sounds like you, please talk to somebody.
