Is Blocking School Choice "Structural Racism" ?

Eric Wallace, Founder of "Freedoms Journal Institute" speaks on the low test scores in Chicago Public Schools, where black and brown students consistently perform below grade level. Wallace tells Jeff Berkowitz, that School Choice is a fair way to allow families who struggle economically, to have their children attend schools which have a record of successfully educating students.

Large majorities of the students in traditional Public Schools across the USA are not learning how to read or do math proficiently. The data show that the silver bullets to fix this dire situation are (1) private school choice- school vouchers and tax credit scholarships (2) home schooling
and (3) public school choice- that is, charter school and magnet school options.
