Today, I will share the tacos recipe.

Cuisine from around the world▶▶This time I chose "Taco " from Mexico.

Taco is a dish consisting of a small hand-sized corn wheat tortilla topped with various fillings and favorite salsa. The tortilla is then folded around the filling and eaten by hand.
I made two kinds of salsa.
It's colorful and looks gorgeous, so it's perfect for celebrations or home parties. ♪

▽INGREDIENTS- Taco -
180g masa (Corn flour)
260-270ml tepid water
a pinch of salt

▽INGREDIENTS- Fillings (Carne Asada) -
300g beef for steak
1 clove of garlic
100ml 100% orange juice
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 lime
1 tsp cumin, paprika,garlic powder each
1/2 tsp chili powder, pepper each
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 bunch of coriander

Salsa ① ▽INGREDIENTS- Fillings (Carne Asada) -
1 tomato
1 clove of garlic
40g onion
1 coriander
1/2 green chili
1 dash of salt
1/2 lime

Salsa ② ▽INGREDIENTS- Guacamole -
1 avocado
1/2 lime
1/2 green chili
1/2 tomato
40g onion
1 coriander
1 dash of salt
