He stitched twins together in human experiments

One survivor clearly remembers being led into one of the labs, and being met face to face with a whole wall of human eyes. She felt like they were staring at her and she began to feel very sick.

She and her twin sister were then forced into a small, wooden cage, and then had to stay there while they were injected a number of times in their backs.

One set of injections were intended to cause Noma disease- which is an infection of the mouth or genitals that causes boils and usually leads to gangrene.
