"Chikuwa wrapped in meat"
■Ingredients (serves 4)
・10 slices of thinly sliced pork belly
・10 chikuwa
・Pizza cheese (as needed)
・Potato starch (as needed)
・1/2 tablespoon of salad oil
・Sprouts (to taste)
☆Seasonings
・1 tablespoon of sake
・1 tablespoon of mirin
・1 tablespoon of sugar
・2 tablespoons of soy sauce
■Procedure
(1) Make a slit in the middle of the chikuwa and put in the pizza cheese
(2 ) Spread out the pork, place 1 on top, roll it from the front, and sprinkle with potato starch
(3) Heat salad oil in a frying pan, place the chikuwa meat rolls end-down, and cook over medium heat while rolling until the meat changes color
(4) Add ☆ and mix
(5) Serve in a bowl and garnish with sprouts
