Sunshine in Switzerland is not always guaranteed when touring in spring but on this rare beautiful morning, I decided to make the 90 minute walk along the shore of Lake Léman starting in Pully and walking all the way to Ouchy, Lausanne and from there proceeded to walk into the downtown area of Lausanne.

In that city, it is often said that if you're not climbing a hill, chances are you're going down a hill but walking along the shore of the beautiful Lake Léman on this sunny weekday morning was neither upward nor downward. It was level and beautiful all the way.
