■Ingredients (for 1 person)
・6 crab kamaboko
・1 bag (130g) of cut vegetables [cabbage, shredded]
・1/2 bag (100g) of bean sprouts
・1 teaspoon of sugar
・1 tablespoon of soy sauce
・150cc of water
■Procedure
(1) Put sugar, soy sauce, and water in a pot. Spread the bean sprouts and shredded cabbage and top with the crab meat.
(2) Heat over medium heat, and when it starts to bubble and boil, cover and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
