Work on your strengths!

You will be more motivated and get better results when you enjoy what you do. If you like to play with the technology and explore all the nooks and corners of it – and a lot of us in IT do – make sure that’s part of your job. Others like talking to people: if that’s what you enjoy, focus on client communications, negotiations, and business development.
