How to use the MAX function in Excel.

In this video, I find the maximum marks of the students using the MAX function in Microsoft Excel.

What is the MAX function in Excel?
The MAX function is a premade function in Excel, which finds the highest number in a range. The MAX function ignores cells with text. It will only work for cells with numbers.

Syntax
MAX(number1, [number2], ...)
Number1 (required), subsequent numbers are optional. 1 to 255 numbers for which you want to find the maximum value.
