In this video, I walk through a simple exercise to help you understand and track your business' funnel in Notion. We'll use a database to track the various discrete actions that users can take in their user journey, broken down by stages like Awareness, Interest, Consideration, Purchase, Post-Purchase and Advocacy.

We'll then track impressions and conversion % for each action, which will allow us to tally up a nice chart visualization above our user journey funnel.

In combination, this is a really neat way to get a quick overview of how customers (and potential customers) are moving through your business. The template shown in the video is taken from our flagship Business OS template (which is paid). But I've made the Funnel Analysis section into its own Notion component template, which is available with a free account on the landmarklabs.co website--link is above.
