Chronos Engine: Bezier paths, cubic to quadratic decomposition

In this video, Bezier path decomposition is demonstrated. The Bezier curve utility functions provide facilities through which the user can operate on path segments. In the video above, debug mode for a Bezier path fill algorithm is being displayed while the user is testing the results for excluded polygons and fill interior.
