From Fragile to Agile Leadership - Maike Stolte

I will focus on the role of the 360 Leader. We all have our own leadership within us, and by recognising our own authenticity we can step into empathy of our professional setting.
Concepts such as Personal Leadership, Relational Leadership and Organizational Leadership will allow us as Agile Coaches to choose our coaching stance wisely.
Authenticity, emotional intelligence, communication and the capacity to influence and act coherently are the nature of all great leaders. I will give examples of great leaders, but only to raise the question, who you are as a leader?
How are you of service to the top, bottom and side? How can you propel your strengths? How can you collaborate to expand your abilities in blind spots?
Start with you first, before you step into the relationship. Leadership is not about telling others what to do, but to listen and be an example that can set the stage for people to strive. May that be from the back, front or sideway leadership.
