On the Meaning of Work

Hey everyone!
This week I am reading "On the Meaning of Work" by Mitchell Lerner. This essay looks at the various meanings of work and gives a short history of different philosophical outlooks regarding work. Some questions to keep in mind are "why do I work?" "what will I leave behind?" "Does my work or anyone else's matter in the long run?"
