Because the sheer volume of applications has skyrocketed, and with AI churning out generic applications by the thousands, the quality has plummeted.

Job applications have become a black hole, not a goldmine for finding top talent.

It’s time to rethink hiring from the ground up. Instead of drowning in low-quality applications, we need to focus on quality engagement, meaningful interactions, and doubling down on the human element in hiring.
