A complex pressure-sensitive labeling system for jars, involving the application of a wraparound label on the body and of another label on the lid to be folded as a tamper-proof seal. This labeling system includes an ALline conveyor, two ALritma labeling heads, a products spacer with timing screw, a vacuum wrap-around unit to adjust the body label and a device folding the sealing label. Due to its high performance (over 7,000/h), the labeler is fitted with a separate oversized powered unwind unit and a device for fast roll change-over.

Sistema complesso di etichettatura in autoadesivo di barattoli, con applicazione di etichetta di corpo avvolgente, più etichetta posta sul tappo e ripiegata con funzione di sigillo antivìolo. Il sistema si compone di un convogliatore ALline, due testate applicatrici ALritma, un distanziatore prodotti a coclea, un rotolatore aspirante per l'adattamento dell'etichetta di corpo e un dispositivo di piega dell'etichetta sigillo. Date le prestazioni elevate (oltre 7000/h) l'etichettatrice è equipaggiata di portabobina maggiorato con presvolgitore motorizzato separato dotato di dispositivo per il cambio rapido della bobina.
